At PYCSAM Health and Fitness, we're more than just a gym; we're a community that empowers our members to embrace wellness through movement. Our creche service operates 7 days a week, allowing our members to focus on their fitness goals while their children are cared for in a supportive and fun environment. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Childminding team who are passionate about making a positive impact on families' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our childminding service, ensuring a positive experience for both members and their children.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the creche.
• Help children adapt and feel comfortable in the childminding setting, promoting their independence.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is highly regarded but not required.

Experience:

• Prior experience in working with children is essential.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and experience.

Required Qualities:

• Professional demeanour, with a neat and tidy appearance.
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment, excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children.

Personal Attributes:

• A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude.
• A caring nature, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.

Our creche opening hours are as follows:

• Mon - Thurs: 9.00am – 1.30pm, 3.45pm – 7.00pm
• Fri: 9.00am – 1.30pm, 3.45pm – 6.00pm
• Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• Sun: 8.30am – 11.00am
