About the role 

You will be responsible for providing support across all HR processes and projects, being a strong team member by contributing to the overall achievement of the wider HR strategic objectives.

Some of the responsibilities include:  

  • Support the departments and factories by coordinating commencements, movements, international relocations, parental leave and employee departures, updating relevant systems (Workday) and ensuring payroll deadlines and compliance standards are met for the WC population. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration for all salary and Front line new hires, supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner for Operations. 
  • Manage all temp transitions in Workday for the NZ non salaried population. 
  • Provide sound subject matter expertise and advice on policy and processes to employees to help them complete any leave and payroll activities and identify when a query needs to be escalated to a HRBP, GBS or a HR Centre of Excellence. 
  • Working alongside the HRBPs to help build employee and manager capability through self-service of key HR activities and processes. 
  • Work with our Global Business Services (GBS) team to manage all employee life-cycle administration including contract and letter requests and new hire set-up 
  • Support all aspects of the company’s benefits offerings  Investigate and respond to HR, Payroll, and GBS issues quickly and sensitively, and recommend effective solutions or escalate as required 
  • Provide project support, as required, to the HR team 
  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

Skills/Technical Knowledge: 

  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills; ability to use HR information systems including accessing, inputting and compiling data; strong attention to detail; and ability to research and analyse information to produce reports. 
  • Undergraduate qualification in Human Resources is essential Experience:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written; a high level of confidentiality; and a positive 'can do' attitude.
  •  Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong ability to complete tasks within required timeframe
