Wellbeing Chiropractic are a team of innovative and passionate allied health professionals with a growing number of clinic locations throughout Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Due to some exciting growth, we have an opportunity for outstanding people to join our team!
A willingness to work across multiple locations is a must as shifts will be rostered across the following locations, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Wyndham Vale and Point Cook. You may also be required to cover holidays and sick leave at short notice.
About The Role
The successful applicants will have excellent people skills, with flexibility to be available for morning and afternoon/evenings. Saturday work may be required.
- Answering calls for your clinic location and wider clinics across all our locations
- Greeting patients and booking appointments
- Office and Administration tasks
- Maintaining treatment rooms, consulting rooms and other areas of the clinic
- Processing payments via EFTpos & Smart Health Terminals
- Supporting Chiropractors and other allied health professionals, administrative and management staff
- Training will be provided.
About You
You are a motivated person, keen to learn new skills and can perform brilliantly under pressure.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- Customer Service or Reception style experience
- Flexibility to work several shifts Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts up to 7:30pm
- Ability to cope under pressure and enjoy working in a busy practice
- Excellent phone manner
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Competent with computer systems and open to learning new technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
