Techforce Personnel is partnered with leading clients in the mining industry, seeking dynamic and qualified Health and Wellness Coordinators to join their teams on various mine sites throughout Western Australia. This role offers a casual position with the potential for a permanent role. Main Duties: Develop, implement, and promote health and wellness programs. Increase participation in lifestyle activities through education on healthy choices and fostering a supportive community environment. Collaborate with site management to ensure the seamless integration of health and wellness initiatives into the workplace. Design and market fitness programs tailored to the diverse needs of the mining community. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements for health and lifestyle roles. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Certificate IV in Fitness and Group Exercise Qualification. Current First Aid Certificate. Open, manual driver's license (Class C). Minimum 2 years of industry experience. Previous experience within a mining or remote environment. Proficient knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety. Ability to design and market effective lifestyle and fitness programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
