AddressNorthern Districts Chiropractic Centre is seeking a part-time Chiropractic Senior Receptionist to join our friendly team in Balcatta.
We are a small, vibrant, single doctor centre with a strong focus on patient well being.
Our receptionists are the first point of contact for our patients and we are seeking a well presented, flexible, friendly and mature minded individual.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Patient follow up calls
- Processing payments
- Managing online inquiries
- Patient engagement
- Administrative duties
This position is offered on a permanent part-time basis, approximately 20hrs per week. Mon 1.15pm -6.15pm, Tues 7.45am -12.45pm, Wed 7.45am -12.45pm and Thurs 7.45am -12.45pm
To be considered for the role you will need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration or receptionist position
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of computer literacy
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Flexibility to assist with other shift coverage
- Seeking long term employment
- An understanding of Chiropractic Care (desirable)
- Current Police Clearance
