AddressSydney Child Development Specialists is a multi-disciplinary paediatric clinic in the North Shore. Our clinic comprises of developmental paediatricians and allied health professionals including psychologists, and speech pathologists.
We offer comprehensive assessments, expert diagnosis, and ongoing care for developmental paediatric concerns such as ADHD, Autism, developmental delay, speech delays, learning difficulties etc.
Our clinic is in Lindfield, 2-minute walk from Lindfield train station and with ample all day street parking nearby.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity as we are a new practice and have experienced strong demand and growth. We require a proactive individual to help us create a warm & friendly environment for the children & families we are seeing whilst contributing to the continuing growth story.
The role will assist in managing day-to-day operations as follows:
- New patient intake process
- Making and confirming appointments
- Ensuring all patient preparation has been performed prior to appointments
- Managing emails & phone calls
- Monitoring wait times
- Scanning, billing and receipting patient accounts
- General administrative duties
Selection Criteria:
- Prefer minimum 2 years experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Ability to identify and resolve daily issues & problems
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail
- IT skills (Microsoft, Practice Management Software)
