The Role
The Senior Receptionist will lead and oversee our front desk and lobby area. You will manage, coach, and support the reception team in providing exceptional visitor and caller experiences. This role serves as the public face of Xanadu Group and primary point of contact for participants and visitors.
This position is a permanent full-time role situated at our South Perth Office.
About You
- Sound knowledge and commitment to supporting participants under the NDIS and Community Services sector - including sensitivity and confidentiality with the ability to display emotional intelligence when interacting with participants
- Prior experience in a front office role, handling reception responsibilities
- Proficiency with, or willingness to learn Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Experience and ability to manage, coach, and support the reception team
- Strong work ethic in customer service, displaying emotional intelligence, and resilience when interacting with a diverse participant base
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- NDIS / Disability industry experience (preferred)
