The Role
We are seeking a full time Senior Legal Receptionist to be part of the tight-knit support team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the exceptional front of house. The position involves a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Phone & email queries, liaising with clients and arranging meetings, including being the first point of contact for new clients and taking detailed information regarding new matters;
- Distributing incoming correspondence efficiently and accurately;
- Managing lawyers’ calendars and meeting room bookings;
- Assisting with basic financial administrative tasks such as banking, invoicing and taking payments;
- Completing morning and evening routines;
- Monitoring and maintaining office consumables and stationery;
- Supporting secretaries and legal assistants; and
- Completing outside clerk tasks as required.
You
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Strong experience as a professional receptionist (legal preferred but not essential),
- Strong planning skills;
- Excellent organisational skills,
- Professional work ethic;
- Corporate presentation and professional communication skills
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- A friendly, positive, and motivated personality
