Salary: AUD $138,505.00 - $155,210.00 per annum plus Superannuation 

Employment status: Term Contract for up to 3 years

Employment arrangement: Full Time

Location: Sydney CBD

Option to work under a 19-day month arrangement

The Indigenous Leadership and Engagement team engages with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, internal and external stakeholders to ensure we work with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

 

It’s an exciting time to join this team as you’ll help to shape the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander strategic framework and the plans for continued reconciliation. You also contribute to designing new ways of working within the team as they adapt to meet the needs of the organisation and the Community.

 

You’ll work with teams across the organisation facilitating and guiding them in creating plans and actions that meet the needs of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

A strong desire and commitment to achieving outcomes with and for the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.Experience in strategies, action and implementation plans in a government, non-government organisations or business context.A curious mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and a desire to make things happen.
