How will I help?You will be part of the team that leads technology “change and run” services for Westpac's “Cash & Transactional Banking” business unit (ie everyday banking).You will lead the technology integration of a recently acquired electronic health claims processing business into Westpac's Business Bank.This incorporates uplift and embedment of the new company's technology services (as necessary), and strategic planning and transformation of the technology services to a target state architecture and operating model.
Your key responsibilities include:- Lead the technology program that will uplift and embed the acquired company and associated technology services, in line with Westpac policies and standard.
- Shape and manage the transition plan for technology, incorporating planning/implementation of technology uplifts and/or system remediation needs, plus integration of Westpac technology ITSM processes/tooling, as acquired.
- Manage the technology budget provisioned for the “Day2” transition, including governance, reporting and stakeholder management in line Westpac delivery methodologies and frameworks
- Collaborating across Arhictecture, Cyber/Secuity, and Networks/Infrastructure teams to develop a strategic roadmap for the acquired capabilities, including target state architecture & operating model
- Work closely as part of the broader business transition team to ensure “Day 2” activities are executed to achieve strategic business and technology objectives
- Identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems in the program/project, including challenging and influencing to resolve

What do I need?- prior experience in merger/acquisition work and/or system integration projects
- proven experience in technology solutioning, architecture, ITSM
- track record of delivering complex technology projects in matrix teams
- strong stakeholder management experience, including suppliers and strategic partners
- experience in Private Health and/or automated health claiming solutions desirable
The successful candidate will:- build quality relationships across business and technology to execute a “Day2” transition plan that achieves business and technology strategic objectives
- support and build a cohesive matrix team to deliver required outcomes on-time/on-budget
- manage data and risk commensurate to a Health Insurance/Claims domain
