Job Description:
Due to exciting project awards and growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Civil Construction Graduate Engineer/Junior Site Engineer to join our team.
The job will be a mix of office based work and hands on field-based work labouring onsite.
You will have direct contact and mentorship from both business directors on a daily basis and have an unrivalled opportunity to learn all aspects of construction from passionate industry leaders
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects project life cycle, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
- Ensure that all project objectives are met and that the project is delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks business directors
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
- Highly organised with the capacity to manage several competing tasks at once and work to deadlines
- Commitment to growing your career
- Positive attitude towards learning
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Current drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
