This is a significant Senior Technical Product Support opportunity in the Water industry working with the Electromagnetic - Flow Meters & Digital Solutions product portfolio and reporting to the National Product Manager.

Role Outcomes:
- Respond to technical enquiries (phone and video calls) to identify issues, diagnose, troubleshoot with clients on site.
- Solve problems and provide instrumentation, controls and digital products advice and backed by the OEM team.
- Make suggestions and innovate - Strive for constant product improvement.
- Embody quality assurance and be addicted to adding more value than the competition.
- Work with your local and international teamsto define a strategy for ENI / Digital excellence and execute.
- Proactively seek out the training needed on the companies solutions, processes and products to be in a position of leadership and have the ability to develop others.
- Organise repairs and warranty assessments / installation and commissioning.
- Installation and commissioning support of projects and working with the National Product manager to manage jobs through to completion.
- After sales support and key account management.
The Person:
- Mechanical or Electrical technician / Support Engineer with a sound understating of Metering & Instrumentation.
- Bring a positive attitude to the role and have an awareness of how your energy affects others on your team.
- 5+ years with Valves, Instrumentation, Pumps, Fluid Dynamics or similar.
- Ability to translate drawings, specification documents and provide calculations for flow rates.
- ERP Experience.
- A sound understanding of Manufacturing & best OEM processes.
- The ability to work 360 with full autonomy with no micromanagement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have the intelligence to plan your weeks and months to achieve company outcomes.

Base salary $120,000-$140,000 - The package is open as this role will be based on the persons abilities, skills and ambitions.
