We are seeking people who:
- Have experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role.
- Are visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across site.
- Manage all material, equipment and labour costs for each of the tasks. Ensure budgets are maintained and ensure all billable items are accounted for.
- Create clear and concise scopes to enable projects to be successfully completed.
- Ensure compliance to WHS policies & procedures.
- Liaise with the client to maintain workflows.
- Foster a culture of ‘Zero Harm.
It would be great if you also have:
- Relevant Trade Certificate or relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in site supervision.
- Experience in supervising onsite employees and sub-contractors.
- Practical and manual skills in all construction fields
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current ‘QAL/BSL/RTAY’ Blue Medipass (3 site Medipass) or willing to obtain.
- A positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
