Contract Administrator - Bulk earthworks and excavation. 
 
Design and build are working with a large growing civil based company. 
The role would be heavily procurement focused, with a focus on the selection of suitable subcontractors for the delivery of a high profile hospitality project in the city. 

Role requirements

2+ Years contract admin within Australia 

• Analyse scope/packages & get them out to market 
• Source & selection of sub contractors
• Analysis and comparison of subbie quotes
• Understanding of tier one processes beneficial
