Position details:
- Full Time or Part Time

About the role
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
- Daily banking, including bank reconciliation.
- Preparation for the Quarterly BAS
- Month-end reporting
- Payroll administration
Highly regarded but not essential
- A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Equivalent
- Payroll administration experience
- Proficiency in XERO (Certificates highly desirable)
- High-level MYOB and QBO skills (Certificates highly desirable)
- Experience with Cashflow and Budgets,
- Experience with add-ons or ERP solutions will be highly regarded,
- Ability to prepare monthly management reports,
- Ability to communicate with clients about their financial reporting.
- Ability to assist clients with one-on-one XERO, MYOB and QBO support and training,
- Capable of technical aspects involved in a bookkeeping role, including payroll, EOY processes, reviewing BAS and client work.
Essential
- Willingness to obtain certification if not already acquired
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- An organised, reliable individual with outstanding attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude and a desire to grow professionally, all whilst helping others.
- Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
