Civil Engineer

Permanent Civil Engineer position working with a global consultancy in Perth

Your new company 
Hays has partnered with a global engineering consultancy that is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Your new role 
This role will be working in the Civil Infrastructure team, and you will be assisting in the delivery of large complex projects. The team are currently working on a wide range of projects ranging from infrastructure planning to urban development, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Delivering designs, technical documentation, cost estimates, tender submissions and project scheduling
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as road design, earthworks design, stormwater design, water and sewer reticulation and site development
• Assist in delivering pre-concept infrastructure projects including due diligence studies, optioneering assessments and strategic infrastructure planning reports

What you'll need to succeed 

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar

Ability to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders

Experience in 12D, Microstation or AutoCAD

Experience using hydraulic modelling such as DRAINS or MUSIC would be desirable

Great communication and report writing skills
