AddressScope of Works:
- Removal of 3,300T of contaminated asbestos material.
- Disposal of old pool.
- Chop and mulching of 105 trees across the site.
- Detail excavation tasks including pad footings, capping beams, retaining wall footings, tree pits, and strip footings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and onsite personnel effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in civil construction projects, preferably with exposure to similar scopes of work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
