For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets. About the role: We are currently looking for experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing team in QLD for positions that will see you delivering complex substation focused work.Our Civil Engineers are exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.Initially this role is planned to be assisting the pre-contracts team.Working away is required when delivering projects - typical rosters being 11 days on, 3 days off and 3 weeks on 1 week off depending on the project. Uplift of between 10% - 25% is paid while working away on a roster as well as living away from home allowance (LAFA).Projects include transmission lines and substations with the typical project value being between $5M and $50M. Your responsibilities will include: Managing projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety and environmental management;Managing contracts, scope, procurement, risk and opportunity, stakeholder communications and project integrationOrganising and directing site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment, and establishing detailed programs for coordination of site activitiesAbout you: To be selected for interview please ensure your resume highlights degree qualification in Civil Engineering & your experience in a similar role either in the Utilities, Infrastructure or Construction industries, ideally with exposure to transmission line civil work.You will also need:Strong knowledge of PMBOK and understanding of how to deliver…
