Qualifications and Experience
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40116
• Civil Engineering Degree
• Current industry skills, knowledge and experience directly relevant to the training and
assessment being delivered.
Primary Duties
The primary duties of The Trainer/Educator include:
• Responsibility for the proper implementation, co-ordination and delivery of the relevant training
program.
• Reporting to Course Coordinator and liaising with the Campus Manager, Records Manager,
Administration staff and industry, to ensure currency and relevance of the training program and
the needs of students.
• Assessing students on work placement (If applicable).
