About the Role:
- Immediate start.
- Coordinate all civil estimates and tenders.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Create project budgets.
- Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities.
- Develop project programs and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in civil industry estimating with a proven track record of delivering successful competitive and profitable tenders.
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret plans and conduct detailed take offs.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Effective time management to meet tender deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to conduct site visits, including remote locations.
