We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Estimator to join our team at the Epping Head Office. If you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in civil construction estimating and are passionate about delivering accurate and competitive estimates, we want to hear from you!
It is a full time position based in our head office in Epping, Melbourne Northern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with project managers and engineers.
- Manage the bid process and evaluate subcontractor quotes.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of costs and historical data.
- Support project handovers and stay updated with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in civil construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a small team.
- Australian residence or citizenship is mandatory.
