Veolia ANZ are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic experienced Civil Leading hand to join our Network Services team based in Brooklyn 3012.
Your role as a Leading Hand
You will be responsible for overseeing on site activities, coordinating the day-to-day operation and ensuring projects are delivered to high standards of safety and quality.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Working closely with the Supervisor to provide effective leadership to the crew.
- Aiding in the completion of projects within allocated time and budget.
- Assisting with planning of plant, equipment and resources to undertake projects.
- Identifying optimisation and continual improvement opportunities maximising efficiency and productivity.
- Training and developing team members
- Driving safety standards and ensuring a safety first culture.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Experience supervising staff
- Water / wastewater experience
