CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER – 9 DAY FORTNIGHT – SUNSHINE COAST

POSITION: Experienced Civil Project Manager

CONDITIONS: Full-Time 

LOCATION: Sunshine Coast, Queensland

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify obstructions and influences disruptive to project advancement, and act accordingly within project guidelines and Principal/Client and Company Policy and Procedure;
• Ability to liaise with all Key Stakeholders, both internal and external - developing and enhancing relationships;
• Interpret plans and communicate contract requirements with all Key Stakeholders (internal and external);
• Monitor and collate claims, variations and project information (reports) received from Foreman/Supervisors;
• Negotiating claims/variations with the Principal/Client and/or their representatives;
• Provide leadership and company representation at Principal/Client project meetings;
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety Quality and Environmental procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be self motivated, hungry and driven to exceed expectations.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Project Management/Civil Engineering, or related discipline (desirable);
• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience managing civil construction projects;
• Efficient with Microsoft Packages, Excel, Word and Project (Essential).
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
