Salary- Beverage manufacturing
- 5-month contract with a view to extend.
- 3 days/3 nights a week
- 12-hour day shifts (6 am to 6 pm) / night shifts (6 pm to 6 am) working on weekdays and weekend.
Reporting to the Production supervisor, your duties may include but not limited to:
- Collecting samples during the brewing process and performing a variety of tests including water testing
- Acidity, Brix, and pH testing of beverage samples
- Maintaining batch documentation
- Following regulations and SOP’s to GMP standards
- Maintaining safety
About you –
- A Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Chemistry, or related subjects with demonstrated chemistry experience while at university
- Experience in the beverage industry is advantageous
- Must be flexible
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
