Civil Project Manager - Land Subdivisions

With an impressive team already, headed up by an industry leader, my consultancy client seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their Melbourne team, in the inner eastern suburbs specializing in Land Subdivisions projects. 

Manage the full lifecycle of Land Subdivisions projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Lead project planning, design coordination, and construction phases.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations.

To be considered you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Civil Project Management or relevant roles.
• Proven track record in delivering Land Subdivisions projects.
• Strong knowledge of Melbourne's local regulations.
