We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage our complex civil projects from inception to completion. As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from client liaison and budget management to risk identification and HSEQ compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to make their mark in the industry and contribute to the success of our team.
About the role
Your initial responsibilities will include:
- Efficient project management, including client liaison, budget management, variations, claims, scheduling, and subcontract agreements.
- Effective allocation and supervision of personnel, machinery, and equipment resources to optimise project performance.
- Proactive identification and meticulous management of risks and opportunities throughout project lifecycles.
- Rigorous adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) objectives, guaranteeing compliance and excellence in all projects.
About you
To be considered for this role the successful applicant must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A demonstrated ability to manage large scale, self-performed, bulk earthworks.
- Bachelor level Degree in relevant functions of Civil Engineering, Construction Management and/or Engineering
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid working rights in Australia
