Are you a seasoned project management professional looking to lead impactful civil engineering projects? We are seeking two dynamic Senior Project Managers to spearhead our diverse portfolio of Civil Projects. As key members of our team, you will have the opportunity to oversee and deliver high-profile infrastructure developments that shape communities and improve lives. These exciting roles will be pivotal in part of the transformation and culture change within the team and as someone keen to make a difference you will be a key player in the journey of the Assets and Capital department becoming a high performing team.
Role Overview:
Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams to achieve milestones and exceed stakeholder expectations with effective communication and collaborative efforts.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accountability and adherence to commitments.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, community, and regulatory authorities, demonstrating emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate complexities effectively.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to mitigate risks and optimise outcomes, fostering a dynamic and adaptive approach.

Experience: Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion, in a senior role. Strong project management skills.
