YOU:
You are self-motivated with a strong team focus and have great communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills. Although you are a hands-on, energetic team player you can also work autonomously and take initiative to get the job done. You are a fast learner with good computer skills and have a willingness to advance in this field. You are confident and presentable and have a proactive approach to customer service.
Minimum skill requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction.
- Minimum 2-3 years as Foreman/Supervisor.
- Extensive Plant Operating experience.
- Experience with Council/TMR & subdivision projects.
- Must have current drivers licence (Heavy vehicle licences highly regarded)
- White / blue card
- Other construction industry qualifications/tickets will be highly regarded
- Customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn and progress with the company
- Presentable and confidant
- Motivated and fast learner
Experience in a foreman role would be advantageous however training will be provided for the right applicants that are willing to apply themselves.

As our Earthworks Foreman, your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Scheduling resources
- Jobs completed correctly and On time
- Ordering Materials & parts
- Following safety process's
- Working as a team
- Communicating with Clients & Team members
- Weekly meetings/toolbox.
- Attend Professional Development courses
