Job Summary:

A great opportunity exists for a full-time, Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team at HEH Civil based in Brisbane. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with TMR and Local Council experience to oversee and manage all aspects of our Civil Construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.

The Site Supervisor’s responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager in the delivery of projects by supervising and coordinating the on-site activities. Your Talent

Demonstrated ability and proven history of providing a level of confident and effective leadership to a project through positive communication.

Demonstrated ability to liaise and collaborate with the project manager to ensure delivery of all projects safely, cost effectively, on time and to budget.

Demonstrated ability with planning and directing of all works on site necessary to deliver the project, including plant, equipment, labour, materials, subcontractors, and any other resources.

Demonstrated ability and proven history of managing all WHS, quality, environmental management, and community relations issues on all sites.

Proven ability to effectively report all activities that occur on site each day, as required by the project specification and company quality, OHS, environmental plans, policies, and procedures.

Proven and proactive ability of demonstrating safety, quality and environmental compliance is followed.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Civil Construction supervision.

Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Valid driver's license

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Applicants will be required to have all current mandatory certifications to work as a supervisor and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Government infrastructure project experience is essential. A pre-employment medical will also form part of the recruitment process.

Your Responsibilities

- Supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring progress.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate records of all site activities.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
