As we expand to meet the demands of new and upcoming projects, we are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team for a major energy project based in Lithgow.
Position: Civil Construction Supervisor
Location: Lithgow, NSW
Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Long Term Employment
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the Lithgow project.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers and operators.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor.
- Proven track record in managing major civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of pipe laying, sewer installations, and civil construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with safety management and regulatory compliance.
