Our client is a leading Subdivision Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for a Civil Supervisorwith extensive Subdivision experience who is interested in joining a winning team with ongoing projects! Be rewarded for your years of experience in the industry.
The Requirements:
- Comply with all contractual obligations and adhere to project timelines.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisor role for a civil contractor.
- Extensive knowledge of Subdivision and earthworks essential.
- High regard and compliance to all HSE policies and procedures.
- Experience managing crews of 15+ people with strong leadership skills.
- Genuine desire to be part of an environment where you can utilise your skills and knowledge.
- Strong client management skills.
- Highly driven and self-motivated leader.
- Must reside in WA as this is a metro-based role.
