Skills, Attributes and Experience:

• Proven experience within the roads construction industry, and/or subdivisions, land developments, government road projects/water corporation projects.
• Project and technical experience in the areas of earthworks, drainage, roads, non-process/mining infrastructure etc.
• Ability to provide strong direction & mentorship and coordinate with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives
• Possess a positive and proactive approach to WHS and instil the values of these companies from a health and safety perspective
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment
