Your new role
Opportunities have arisen in the civil space for experienced supervisors and leading hands within metro and regional SA. You will be responsible for a team of plant operators and labourers whilst remaining on the tools and operating plant machinery. You will be a hands on supervisor assisting with labouring and working in a team environment. What you'll need to succeed
Along with a proven background leading a team you will have:
At least some of the following tickets - Excavator, SkidSteer, Loader, Roller, Dozer or Grader
Experience in civil earthworks labouring, concreting works including repairs
Experience in drainage, pavement, sub-divisions, reading plans and executing
You will lead a team up to 7 people working closely with the PM
Civil expertise is a must, leadership experience, very strong knowledge of civil plant and equipment
Good attitude towards management and safety record is a must
Ensure job documentation, permits, inductions, management plans, SWMS are understood and in place on each job (these will be compiled by CM)
Flexibility to work regionally when required
National Police Clearance or DCSI Clearance highly desirable
Company vehicle will also be supplied
