Civil Foreman/Supervisor

Would you like to have the opportunity to work with an up and coming South Australian Civil Construction company?Opportunities have arisen in the civil space for experienced hands on Civil Foreman/Supervisors within regional SA. You will be responsible for a team of plant operators and labourers whilst remaining on the tools and operating plant machinery. You will be a hands on supervisor assisting with labouring and working in a team environment.What you'll need to succeedAlong with a proven background leading a team you will have:

• At least some of the following tickets - Excavator, SkidSteer, Loader, Roller, Dozer or Grader
• You must have experience in drainage, water/sewer and reading plans
• Civil expertise is a must, leadership experience, very strong knowledge of civil plant and equipment
• Good attitude towards management and safety record is a must
• Ensure job documentation, permits, inductions, management plans, SWMS are understood and in place on each job (these will be compiled by CM)
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• National Police Clearance is highly desirable
