Join us as a Civil Supervisor where you'll oversee field operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the successful completion of projects with efficiency and excellence.

• Safety & Environment: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, identifying hazards, and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices or equipment, while also complying with environmental standards.
• Quality: Take ownership of work quality, recording non-conformances, providing leadership for subcontractors, and fostering a commitment to high standards throughout the project.
• Supervision: Oversee field operations, review specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor performance to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Reporting and Communication: Monitor contractor performance, maintain construction schedules, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

• Hold a degree or trades qualification relevant to civil construction.

• Possess at least 10 years of experience in civil construction, encompassing earthworks, road construction, foundations, and steel work.

• Have a working knowledge of Queensland HS&E regulations and legislation.

• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding detailed drawings.

• Exhibit strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, while also maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
