- Certification in Pit and Pipe laying
- Telecommunications pit and pipe experience
- Asset/service locations accreditation
- Excavator ticket/VOC with minimum 3 years experience
- Backhoe ticket/VOC with minimum 3 years experience
- AR truck license (HC highly desirable)
- CPR First Aid certification
- DCS Clearance for working with Children and Elderly
- White Card
- Strata Management accreditation
- Experience with equipment such as Ditch Witch/Vermeer Rocksaws, trenchers, and vibratory ploughs
- Experience in large remote Telstra fibre projects preferred
- Willingness to travel to remote locations with LAFHA paid daily
- Welding and mechanical experience highly desirable
- Cable hauling, rod and rope experience a plus
