About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Weed Controller Supervisor specifically based around the Gold Coast area that will lead a field team to carry out herbicide weed control and maintenance across a range of sites.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Construction White Card.
- Chemcert or ACDC certification.
- Manual Drivers Licence.
- First Aid/CPR.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading team members in the field.
- A commitment to safe work practices and a willingness to promote Ecosure's safety culture.
- Experience with weeding, quick spraying through safe chemical use and general ground maintenance.
- A high level of physical fitness.
- Understanding of PPE and civil compliance and safety processes.
- Knowledge of SEQ weeds and identification skills.
- Willingness to travel and ability to work remotely.
- Experience in revegetation practices.
- Ability to use mapping and data recording systems from an iPad.
