Due to our recent growth, ERM is seeking to engage two self-motivated and ambitious engineers to join our flexible working environment.
The Role
This position is designed to provide the successful candidates with comprehensive training in all aspects of the business. From the onset, you will be immersed in practical, on the job work experience supported by an adaptive learning environment. With multiple projects across NSW, the successful candidates will be exposed to a variety of experiences and clients.
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrate capacity and strong willingness to learn
- Be prepared to undertake site inspections, field work and construction supervision
- As some travel to site may be required a driver’s licence is mandatory for this role
