About your role:
Are you an Accounts or Finance professional with experience in the disability sector? We are looking for someone to take on a 12 month fixed term contract role based in kingsgrove working 3 days per week to assist with the growth of our claiming team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the NDIS customer onboarding, claiming process and other financial administration processes are managed effectively within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all participants budgets are set up in alignment to participant funding available in NDIS portal/Pace.
- Ensuring that the life cycle of claiming is in accordance with approved processes and business rules.
- Ensuring claiming variations are investigated and rectified where appropriate.
- Oversee weekly claiming, reconciliation, investigating and liaising with NDIA to resolve missing revenue and rejected claims
- Provide customer and funding information to Finance staff as required, Investigate and identify funding amounts in the Portal as required, assist with response to and implementation of NDIS price increase
You will need:
- NDIS worker check and Working with Children clearance or willingness to obtain
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced high volume environment in Accounts or Finance.
- Hight level accuracy and competency in the NDIS price guide.
- Understanding of the NDIS Provider Portal and processes.
