My client is a leading insurance builder with a head office located in the Gold Coast, seeking a Claims Admin to join their Claims team.
The Role:
As a Claims Admin you will be respobsible for the day to day customer service and administration of domestic insurance claims. If you are someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service - this is the role for you!
- Inbound and outbound calls from clients, property owners and trades
- Communication is key with clients and all internal/ external stakeholders throughout the life of the claim
- Process new claims, arrange estimators and submit quotes while adhering to KPIs
- Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Update ongoing notes to internal and client systems
- Prepare client documentation when required
