This new position is based in our main office in Ipswich Queensland.
My Solution Training is a leading entry-level Civil and Mining training organisation.
We provide one-one training for all areas of Civil and Mining machinery. Our main office is in Raceview, Ipswich.
Your Role:
- Customer service
- Payroll
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Data entry & record keeping
- Liaise with sales manager to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct internal compliance checks
- General office duties
To be successful for this role:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Xero experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- RTO experience preferred but not essential
