The Role
As a Claims Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Administration processing (payments, new registrations etc)
- Analysing reports for the team
- Market research and data analytics
- Customer Service
- Use of excel to generate reports and graphs
- Adhoc administration and data entry
As a successful Claims Administrator, you will offer:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in a processing administration role
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry ideal
- Experience training or developing staff
- Exposure to Claims Administration ideal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Corporate, professional presentation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
