This mid-sized Insurance Repair Building company currently operating across 3 states, have excellent industry relationships and on-going allocation from several leading insurers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a mid-sized team out of the Head Office, you will be;
- Liaising with home owners during stressful periods (damage to homes).
- Data entry and claims administration
- Customer service
- Reporting to the Portfolio Manager
This is a permanent, office-based position, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Join a welcoming team with strong training procedures in place.
The starting salary is $65,000 - 70,000 + superannuation (dependant on experience).
The role is Eastern Suburbs based until September/October 2024, after which the office will have moved to Alexandria.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous claims experience advantageous but not necessary.
- Strong administration experience.
- Ability to prioritise and be organised.
- People skills and empathetic communication skills.
- Computer confident - you will be trained on the CRM system.
- Looking to commit long-term and grow within a company.
