Claims Administrator

Location: Sydney NSW

Company: Multiple opportunities are currently available to join a market leading automotive service that is reputable for their fun and supportive environment. Our client has a strong focus on accident management and replacement vehicles.

The Claims Assessor is responsible for managing a portfolio of repair and hire claims, providing exceptional service to customers in a timely manner.

Role & Responsibilites:

• Oversee and end-to-end manage a portfolio of repair and hire car claims
• Proactively respond to inbound client queries professionally and efficiently
• Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including insurance providers and repair shops
• Conduct thorough assessment and investigations of files including completion of rental documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

• Prior experience working in a customer service/claims assessing/administrator role within the insurance and/or financial services industry
• Previous motor claims experience desirable but not a must
• A relevant degree in Economics, Finance & Commerce desirable
• Outstanding verbal & written communication, showcasing resilience and empathy when dealing with complex situatons
• Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills and an investigative mind
