As a Claims Advisor in our vehicle claims team , you will be at the forefront of delivering end-to-end service for claims, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our customers experience seamless support when they need it the most.

You will be the primary contact for clients and service providers and your excellent problem-solving and communication skills will be key in ensuring a positive and memorable claims journey for Youi clients. Our dynamic work environment offers daily challenges, celebrates achievements, and fosters a collaborative spirit among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of claims, guiding customers through the entire claims process
• Process claims efficiently, from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional service to clients
• Employ problem-solving skills on a daily basis, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and Youi
• Act as a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors, ensuring smooth claim processing within your portfolio
