YOUR ROLE
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to deliver an industry leading claims assessing experience to both our customers and partner relationships. The Property Assessor role requires you to support customers with settlement and repair of complex or large loss domestic Property Claims ensuring you manage the claim process within expected timeframes, this also includes mid repair monitoring and review of finalised repairs and/or customer escalations
Subject to demand you will be servicing the Queensland region, This is a permanent position, you will have the option to work from home or the office.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Negotiation, verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Sound computer and internet skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Trade qualification or experince is required
- Claims Experience and knowledge of claim management processes - desirable
- Previous Insurance experience (ideally assessing experience) - desirable
