OverviewDue to an internal promotion, we are searching for a dedicated
Claims Assistant to work within our Specialty Claims team supporting our Specialty Claims Consultants. This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a flexible hybrid approach, working in our Sydney CBD office or our newly opened Parramatta office and WFH.
How you'll make an impact- Providing support to the Claims Consultants
- Inputting data from legal invoices
- Adhoc project work
- Providing high level customer service to all internal and external partners
- Managing a small portfolio of settled claims
- Handling daily workflow and providing administrative support to maintain client service standards
About you- Administration experience/knowledge of general business and administrative practices
- Experience in client services or data entry
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Great communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Admirable customer service skills
- PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office including experience Working From Home with Microsoft Teams
