We have a great opportunity for a full-time JuniorAdministration Assistant to join our awesome Capital Claims Tax Depreciation Team in the Newcastle region.
If you are someone that learns quickly, shows initiative, and can work autonomously as well as part of a team, then you might be just the person we are looking for!
No "business experience" is needed - just a great attitude and willingness to learn our business.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience while working with a family business that is dedicated to delivering professional, personalised service, generating great results for our clients.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and redirecting of phone calls
- General office duties and administration tasks
- Maintain and update company databases and job flow management systems
- Printing and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Corresponding via email with clients and business contacts, as required
The successful candidate will:
- Have a friendly and professional personality
- Be reliable, punctual and have a conscientious approach to work
- Be a quick learner and adaptable to change
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously at times, and pitch in with teamwork at other times
