A great opportunity exists for a Team Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team across Enterprise Claims to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
In your role, you will manage the Leadership Team diaries and coordinate local and global meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and video conferences. You will manage the logistics of the meetings, and prepare any required documentation, taking minutes and distributing reports where required. You will also be responsible for expense management, travel arrangements and event management.
You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to our Chief Claims Officer to understand our new ways of working and how best to facilitate communications within an agile environment, leveraging our internal channels and platforms. You will have a proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset, enabling you to support your leaders in achieving great business outcomes.

- Extensive experience within an administrative role, reporting directly to senior management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once.
