About You

Previous experience working with Strata and Commercial Property claims will certainly be advantageous as the majority of claims will be in this area. There might also be some minor broking duties involved from time to time, so prior insurance broking experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 qualifications will also be a plus.
About the Role
This is a full time role, predominantly working from home with weekly/fortnightly office meet ups as needed, it's ideal for someone wanting flexibility in their lives.
You will need to demonstrate a strong ability to understand and interpret policy wordings, keep the claims process on track and negotiate favourable claims settlements for our clients.
Working alongside the Managing Director and Account Director, your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing high level of customer service by responding quickly and efficiently to clients, making the process easy for them.
- Regularly monitor the progress of claims, keeping our clients updated and ensuring that claims are settled in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, the insurers, assessors and repairers.
- Consistent delivery of high quality work and responsive customer service.
- Staying across any insurer and industry changes, including compliance, policy wordings and exclusions.
- Look to improve our processes and find efficiencies where possible.
- Assist with various tasks such as attending client meetings, creating reports and other tasks as necessary.
